How to do it: Apply a base coat to nails. To make this mani a little more fun, we painted this baby-blue shade on just ¾'s of the nail. After that dries, grab your flash tattoos and a small bowl of water. Cut out tattoos you like, then place one—gold side down—on your nail. Dip a cotton ball in the water, then place the wet cotton ball on the back of the temporary tattoo and hold there for about 1 minute. Once the tattoo has set, the paper backing should easily slide off your nail. After you've added all the tats you want, seal the deal with a clear topcoat so your tattoos won't fade!
