The collection designed exclusively for LuisaViaRoma by I was a Sari, features kimonos and mules upcycled from Indian saris. The hand-embroidered kimonos are made of colorful sari prints, and feature a collar in another contrasting sari print. The mules are elegant slip-ons that are covered in a sari, and then accentuated with hand-embroidery and beading. Upcycled materials are used to create one of a kind and unique fashion pieces that breathe a new life.
